Once we have dispatched your order, you will then receive an email containing your orders tracking information and a link to the AusPost website.

All orders will be processed the next business day after an order has been placed. Your order will then be packed and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that choosing express shipping will only guarantee that your order is sent express with Australia Post once your order has been dispatched. If for instance your order contains items that are low in stock, there will still be an estimate 4-7 business day wait for orders to be packed and finalised for shipping.

Although we try out best to ship all our orders as soon as possible, unfortunately at times there may be delays due to items being low in stock.
